Every so often, two people come along whose dedication, grit, and heart leave all of us speechless. Today, we want to shine the brightest spotlight on Will Crawford (a.k.a. Bare Wills)Ā and Shane Wridgway, two extraordinary men taking on unbelievable challenges to raise awareness and funds for ADHD Jersey.

These aren’t just physical feats. They are statements.Statements of courage, compassion, and deep belief in the power of community.

🧔 Will Crawford ā€œBare Willsā€ The Mouth-Taped Marathon Challenge

Will is taking on a marathon with his mouth taped shut, an intense and highly disciplined challenge rooted in nasal‑breathing performance training and sheer mental toughness.

But he isn’t doing it for attention. He’s doing it to support those who have spent their lives trying to ā€œbreatheā€ in a world that doesn’t always understand them.

Will, you are:

  • strong

  • determined

  • inspiring

  • and a true champion for the ADHD community

Your courage sends a powerful message to every adult and child with ADHD:

keep pushing, keep believing, keep going.

🧔 Shane Wridgway, 50 Half Marathons in 50 Days (+ Day 51 Around the Island!)

Shane isn’t just pushing limits, he’s smashing through them.

50 half marathons in 50 days, followed by a full lap around Jersey on Day 51. This is a challenge that demands resilience, discipline, and a whole lot of heart… which he has in abundance.

Shane, your commitment shows every child, teen, and adult with ADHD that: ✨ determination looks different for all of us and extraordinary things happen when you believe in yourself, You are proof that with passion and purpose, impossible suddenly becomes possible.

🧔 Why These Two Men Matter So Much

Will and Shane aren’t just raising money, they’re raising hope. They’re raising visibility. They’re raising the voices of those who often feel misunderstood.

For the kids and teens with ADHD, their challenges say: ā€œYou are worth showing up for.ā€

For the parents, they say: ā€œYou are not alone, this community stands with you.ā€

For the adults navigating ADHD, they say: ā€œYou are seen, supported, and celebrated.ā€

🧔 From all of us at ADHD Jersey… thank you.

You are both absolute heroes. Your strength, your kindness, and your belief in our mission mean more than words can express. Our island is brighter and stronger because of you.
