Some easy ways to support ADHD Jersey
Volunteering
We are actively seeking volunteers to help support our activities and events. By giving your time, you’ll play an important role in supporting people in Jersey living with ADHD. You don’t need any special qualifications — just a willingness to get involved and make a positive difference in the community. Every volunteer helps us reach more people and deliver more support across the island.

Donations
Our programmes require funding to run, and as a charity we rely on the generosity of supporters to keep our services going. Your donation helps us continue delivering workshops, support groups and projects that benefit individuals and families living with ADHD in Jersey. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a real difference and helps us reach more people who need support.

Awareness
Spreading awareness is one of the simplest yet most powerful ways to support ADHD Jersey. Many people in our community are still unsure where to turn for help, or don’t even realise support exists. By sharing our work with friends, family, schools, workplaces or community groups, you can help connect people to services that could change their lives.
