Meet the team

ADHD Jersey is currently powered exclusively by volunteers, people who care with lived experience, parents who’ve walked the journey, and professionals who share their expertise. We do everything we can to listen, guide and support our community.

However, what Jersey really needs, is reliable and consistent ADHD support, we can’t deliver that at the scale required without dedicated, permenant staff. Our mission for 2026 is to deliver this.

Our goal is simple: clear, accessible, expert ADHD support for every islander who needs it, not just when volunteers have time, but every single day.

Founder & CEO

Rachel Boss

Mail from Lucas Crossland.webp

Rachel is the driving force behind ADHD Jersey. With lived experience of ADHD and a deep commitment to building community, she founded the organisation to create a supportive space where individuals and families can thrive.

"I started ADHD Jersey because I kept seeing the same painful story on repeat in my own life, in my children, and in families across the island. People were struggling, not because they were “failing,” but because there was no clear support, no real understanding, and nowhere to turn for answers that made sense.I knew what it felt like to be dismissed, misjudged or left to figure things out alone. I didn’t want anyone else in Jersey to go through that".

Teen Educator and Fishing Lead

Luke Kilwin

I was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, and that experience completely reshaped how I understood myself and many of the challenges I faced growing up.

For years, I struggled without the language, tools, or support to make sense of my ADHD, and that is something I do not want the next generation to go through. That is why volunteering with ADHD Jersey means so much to me.

The organisation’s focus on lived experience, community support, and improving understanding of ADHD really speaks to me. I believe every child, teen, and family deserves access to guidance, understanding, and a space where they feel seen rather than judged.

By sharing my journey and supporting the work ADHD Jersey does, I hope to help others feel less alone, more confident, and more empowered. I am proud to be part of an organisation built on real experience and committed to creating a more inclusive and supportive future for people affected by ADHD in Jersey.

Wellbeing Educator

Shane Wridgway

My name is Shane, and I live with ADHD.

I was diagnosed as a child and have lived with the realities of ADHD for as long as I can remember. From challenges with focus and emotional intensity to periods of burnout and masking just to fit in, it hasn’t always been easy. Like many people with ADHD, I’ve often felt misunderstood, despite always trying my best.

But ADHD is not just a challenge, it’s also part of my strength.

I’m involved with ADHD Jersey because I believe in raising awareness, supporting individuals, and creating spaces where people feel understood rather than judged. Through movement, education, and community, I aim to help others build confidence, find balance, and realise their potential.

My mission is simple: to help people navigate ADHD and mental health challenges with greater understanding, strength, and self-belief.

You’re not broken. You’re not alone. You just see the world differently, and that can be your greatest strength.

Wellbeing Lead

Will “Bare Wills” Crawford

Known for his creativity and humour, Will first captured attention through his “Bare Wills” fundraising adventures and continues to inspire with his dedication to wellbeing.

"I volunteer with ADHD Jersey because I know how powerful the right support can be. My own experiences with ADHD, trauma, and the challenges that come with them pushed me to develop tools that genuinely helped me—especially breathwork, movement, and resilience practices. As a resilience coach, I’ve seen how these simple techniques can make a real difference. I’m here to share what’s helped me, offer understanding, education and help others in Jersey feel stronger and less alone on their journey".
