Explore Our Services
From early guidance to long-term support, we provide services that meet the real needs of people with ADHD in Jersey.

Awareness
ADHD is still widely misunderstood, and those misunderstandings shape how children are treated in school, how adults are judged at work, and how families feel in their own homes. Awareness isn’t just about facts it’s about replacing old myths with real understanding so people can be seen for who they are, not how they struggle.
At ADHD Jersey, awareness means shining a light on the everyday realities of living with ADHD: the masking, the overwhelm, the emotional intensity, the constant self-management, and the hidden effort behind “holding it together.” It also means celebrating the strengths that are so often overlooked. When awareness goes up, compassion follows and the whole community becomes a safer, kinder place to grow.
Awareness isn’t a one-off campaign for us; it’s built into everything we do. Every workshop, every Steps session, every school talk and every conversation moves Jersey closer to a place where no one feels judged for the way their brain works.
Education
Education is at the heart of real change. When people understand how ADHD actually works the brain wiring, the emotional patterns, the executive function challenges and strengths they gain tools that can genuinely transform daily life.
Our flagship programme, Steps, has already supported over 30 adults in Jersey. It gives people a safe space to explore focus, emotional regulation, self-belief, relationships and identity with others who truly understand. Feedback has been consistently high, with over 85% of participants reporting better confidence and clarity by the end of the programme.
In 2026, (funding dependant) we’re expanding our educational pathway to include 1-2-3 Magic for parents and PX2 for young people. These additions will allow us to support families across the whole ADHD journey adults, children, teens and parents building a stronger, more resilient community around neurodivergent minds

Support
Whether someone is newly diagnosed, struggling at school, overwhelmed at home or burnt out at work, they deserve clear guidance, compassion and practical help. Our team provides 1:1 support, parent guidance, school and workplace liaison, and safe spaces for adults and families to talk openly about their experiences.
In the past year alone, we’ve supported more than 250 adults directly, through drop-ins, talks and group sessions. Demand for ADHD support in Jersey has grown rapidly far beyond what a volunteer team can sustain.
This is why we require funding to build our organisation and ensure consistent, reliable ADHD support for the island.
Events
We’re committed to changing the way ADHD is seen and understood in Jersey. Through campaigns, public talks and community events, we challenge outdated beliefs and promote acceptance across the island. We’ve already delivered seven in-depth evening workshop-style talks exploring the real nuances of ADHD from relationships and employment to stigma, emotional regulation and everyday life. Here's what some of our atendees had to say:
"The whole presentation has been insightful, it’s raised lots of questions to discuss with family on how to move in a more positive direction."
"Explains ADHD in great detail, and being able to resonate with mostly all of the symptoms. Brilliant presentation! I’ll be bringing family members along to help understand ADHD."
Our aim is simple: to build a more informed Jersey where ADHD is recognised, respected and properly supported.
