Explore Our Services
From early guidance to long-term support, we provide services that meet the real needs of people with ADHD in Jersey.

Awareness
We deliver ADHD awareness training to schools, workplaces and community groups across Jersey. Our sessions are designed to build understanding, reduce stigma and give people the tools to support ADHD in real-life situations.
Education
Through our various education programmes, such as "Steps" (our adult ADHD support programme) designed for anyone who wants to better understand themselves and develop practical strategies for everyday life. In a safe and supportive group setting, participants explore topics like emotional regulation, focus, organisation and relationships. We plan to build upon the sucess of the Steps programme by introducing 123 Magic and PX2 training in 2026.

Activities & Events
We’re committed to changing the way ADHD is seen and understood in Jersey. Through campaigns, public talks and community events, we challenge outdated beliefs and promote acceptance. Our goal is to create a more informed island where ADHD is recognised, respected and supported.
Support
Living with ADHD can feel isolating, but nobody should go through it alone. We offer a range of support options including peer Facebook groups, one-to-one guidance and monthly meet-ups across Jersey. These safe spaces provide connection, advice and encouragement from people who truly understand.
