How your business can support ADHD Jersey?
Corporate Social Responsibility isn’t just about policies or tick boxes — it’s about doing the right thing. Partnering with ADHD Jersey gives your business the opportunity to make a real and measurable impact in the local community. We work closely with companies across Jersey to raise awareness, promote inclusion, and help create workplaces that understand and support neurodiversity. Whether you’d like to host a talk, review your policies, or sponsor one of our programmes, every action helps us improve the lives of islanders living with ADHD.
Some easy ways to help
Corporate Sponsorship and Funding
As a organisation run entirely by volunteers, our biggest goal for 2026 is to build a funded base of staff who can dedicate their time to expanding our services and reaching more people across Jersey. Corporate funding and sponsorship make that possible. By supporting ADHD Jersey, your business helps to sustain vital community programmes, workshops and events that directly impact the lives of adults, children and families. Whether through regular donations, event sponsorship or one-off contributions, your support helps create a stronger, more inclusive community.

Supporting Neurodiversity in the Workplace
We can help your organisation take the next step in supporting neurodiverse employees by reviewing or assisting with the creation of your neurodiversity policy. Our team will work with you to identify small, achievable changes that make a big difference, from workplace adjustments and communication approaches to staff training and awareness. By doing so, your business demonstrates a genuine commitment to inclusion and ensures that every employee can reach their full potential.

Awareness
One of the most powerful ways your business can help is by arranging a talk or awareness session for your staff. Our team can visit your workplace to deliver interactive sessions that explain ADHD in practical, real-world terms, giving employees the tools to understand and support colleagues, clients or family members who may be neurodivergent. These sessions help to break stigma, open conversations, and create a more inclusive company culture where everyone feels valued and supported.

Employee Volunteer Days
Encouraging your employees to volunteer is a great way to give back to the community while building teamwork and purpose within your organisation. We welcome teams to help at events, support community programmes, or share their professional skills to strengthen the charity’s work. Employee volunteer days are not only a meaningful CSR activity but also a chance for your staff to connect with the people they’re helping, see the difference they’re making, and bring that sense of pride back to the workplace.
