Trustee Appointment.

We’re delighted to announce the appointment of John Doublard and Ashley Vardon as Trustees of ADHD Jersey two leaders whose expertise and integrity strengthen the foundations of everything we’re building.

John Doublard, now serving as Deputy Chair, has already become a cornerstone of our organisation. His depth in tech, systems thinking and strategic planning brings structure to a charity that’s expanding fast. John has a rare ability to take complex problems, simplify them, and turn them into workable solutions exactly what a growing organisation needs.

Ashley Vardon joins us as Secretary, bringing more than 20 years’ experience in Jersey’s financial services sector. Ashley is a Senior Director Fund Services at JTC, where he oversees complex structures with precision and calm authority. Having joined JTC in 2023, he brings a standard of governance, clarity and professionalism that raises the bar for how we operate.

Both appointments signal the next stage of growth for ADHD Jersey. As we move through formal charity registration, develop our Hub, and expand services across the island, strong leadership is essential.

John and Ashley are exactly the right people to help steer ADHD Jersey into its next chapter, and we’re proud to have them on board.
