Rachel Boss – Founder & Director
Rachel is the driving force behind ADHD Jersey. With lived experience of ADHD and a deep commitment to building community, she founded the organisation to create a supportive space where individuals and families can thrive. Rachel oversees ADHD Jerseys vision, programmes, and advocacy, ensuring ADHD Jersey continues to grow as a trusted, evidence-based, and compassionate hub for the island.
Dr Jane Sedgwick Müller – Chair & Scientific Advisor
Jane is an internationally recognised expert in ADHD, with decades of research, clinical, and teaching experience. As Chair of ADHD Jersey, she provides governance leadership and ensures ADHD Jersey's work remains aligned with the latest science. Her guidance strengthens credibility and helps shape innovative approaches to education, clinical practice, and community support
John Doublard – Deputy Chair & Technology Specialist
John combines technical expertise with a passion for neurodiversity. As Deputy Chair, he supports governance and strategic planning, while also leading on digital innovation. From streamlining internal systems to enhancing ADHD Jersey’s online presence, John ensures ADHD Jersey remains accessible and future-focused.
Ashley Vardon – Trustee & Fundraising Lead
Ashley plays a key role in building ADHD Jersey’s fundraising capacity. With strong local connections and a passion for community engagement, he helps secure vital funds and partnerships that allow the organisations programmes to grow. Ashley’s energy and commitment ensure ADHD Jersey can continue expanding its reach and delivering meaningful impact across the island.
Mike Mullhern – Treasurer & Accountant
Mike brings financial oversight and professionalism to ADHD Jersey. As Treasurer, he ensures transparency, accountability, and sustainable financial management. His knowledge of accounting and business practice helps safeguard the organisations resources, ensuring funds are maximised for impact across programmes and services.
Chantal Baudains – Manager & Accountant
Chantal works closely with Rachel on the day-to-day running of ADHD Jersey. With an accounting background and a sharp eye for detail, she supports financial management, operations, and staff coordination. Chantal plays a key role in balancing vision with structure, ensuring ideas translate into practical, sustainable action.
Gillian Mallet – Lead for ADHD Guardians
Gillian leads ADHD Guardians, the branch of ADHD Jersey supporting children and parents. With a professional nursing background and more than eight years of leadership and mentoring experience with TS Jersey Royal Marines Cadets, she brings both expertise and lived experience of ADHD to her role.
At ADHD Jersey, Gillian is developing monthly workshops, youth sessions, and parent support groups. She has a particular passion for research and evidence-based practice, focusing on how families, communities, and services can better support individuals with ADHD. Through this work, she is committed to strengthening resources, raising awareness, and ensuring families feel understood, supported, and empowered.
Charlie Herd – Trainee Facilitator & Youth Engagement
Charlie has completed the Steps programme, and we are delighted that she will now train to deliver PX2, ADHD Jersey’s youth empowerment course. Passionate about helping young people recognise their strengths, Charlie is especially committed to supporting ADHD Guardians and exploring prison outreach work. Her journey reflects the empowerment and confidence ADHD Jersey aims to inspire in every member of our community.
Will “Bare Wills” Crawford – Breathwork & Wellbeing Lead
Will is ADHD Jersey’s Breathwork and Wellbeing Lead, bringing calm, connection, and resilience into the heart of our community. Known for his creativity and humour, Will first captured attention through his “Bare Wills” fundraising adventures and continues to inspire with his dedication to wellbeing. His sessions help individuals manage stress, find focus, and build self trust making him an invaluable part of the ADHD Jersey family.
Kerry Gouglin – Events Manager
Kerry brings energy, creativity, and organisation to ADHD Jersey’s events. From community fundraisers to flagship conferences, she ensures events are not only well-planned and delivered but also reflect the heart of the charity. Kerry’s expertise strengthens both fundraising capacity and community engagement.
