Wellbeing Support

As Wellbeing Lead at ADHD Jersey, my role is to support individuals, families, and organisations with practical, evidence-based strategies that improve focus, emotional regulation, energy, and resilience, both inside and outside the ADHD Hub.

Alongside my work with ADHD Jersey, I also run a private wellbeing practice, Willpower, where I work with individuals and organisations to enhance performance, wellbeing, and mental clarity through functional breathwork, exercise & movement, nutrition, and thermal therapy.

This page explains how that work connects, and how it supports both the ADHD community and the wider professional world.

What I do...

ADHD is not a lack of ability or intelligence.

It is often a nervous system that is overstimulated, under-regulated, or chronically stressed.

My work focuses on regulating the nervous system first, so that focus, motivation, emotional control, and confidence can follow.

I support people through:

  • 🫁 Functional breathwork

  • 🏃 Exercise protocols

  • 🥗 Nutrition strategies

  • ❄️🔥 Thermal therapy

These tools are accessible, practical, and adaptable, whether you’re an individual living with ADHD or a high-pressure professional environment (or both!)

Supporting inside & outside the Hub

At ADHD Jersey, my focus is on helping people:

  • Understand how ADHD affects their body, not just their mind

  • Learn tools to manage overwhelm, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation

  • Build sustainable routines without shame or burnout

  • Improve sleep, energy, and self-confidence

  • Feel supported, understood, and empowered

The ADHD Hub is a welcoming space where people can explore wellbeing without judgement or pressure.

My Approach...

Through my private wellbeing practice, I support:

  • Professionals experiencing stress, burnout, or brain fog

  • Individuals struggling with anxiety, low energy, or poor focus

  • People with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified) seeking practical tools

  • Leaders who want better emotional regulation and resilience

This work is grounded in modern neuroscience, physiology, and behavioural science, but delivered in a human, realistic way, not jargon, not trends, not quick fixes.

Many of the tools I use with private clients are the same tools I bring into ADHD Jersey, adapted to be inclusive, affordable, and community-focused.

Why This Matters...

People with ADHD often live in a constant state of nervous system overload.

This can show up as:

  • Racing thoughts

  • Emotional intensity

  • Procrastination

  • Shutdown

  • Anxiety

  • Low self-esteem

  • Difficulty resting

By working directly with breathing patterns, movement, temperature exposure and nutrition we help the body feel safe and regulated, this makes everything else easier.

Workplace Wellbeing

Alongside individual support, I deliver workshops and wellbeing sessions for organisations, with all revenue helping to support the wider mission of ADHD Jersey.

These sessions are ideal for:

  • Corporates

  • Leadership teams

  • Schools

  • Healthcare

  • Public sector

Topics Include:

  • ADHD in the Workplace

  • Stress, Focus & Performance

  • Burnout Prevention & Nervous System Regulation

  • Breathwork for High-Pressure Environments

  • Energy Management for Leaders & Teams

Sessions are:

  • Evidence-based

  • Practical and interactive

  • Inclusive and non-stigmatising

  • Suitable for mixed neurodiverse teams

This allows organisations to invest in their people, while also supporting a great cause.

My Vision...

Everything I do, whether through ADHD Jersey or my private practice, is rooted in one belief:

When people understand and support their nervous system, their capacity for focus, connection, and wellbeing increases dramatically.
